They're the best way to take out strong targets anyway. Originally posted by TheQueenLilith:Sanji can still damage women, e a special move. I'd say about 50% playability reduced, not 100%. Unless you're doing a map conquer mission, in which case, you're screwed. It's just harder to find your way around. It's not like it being gone prevents combos or something. There's ways around not using the minimap.
And for the missions where you have to go eliminate someone, you just look towards the biggest group and battle. I agree so far, but how does the lack of a minimap prevent playability? It's incredibly easy to memorise basically all of the maps. To call that a fair comparison is laughable and just shows that you can't think logically about this. Removing the minimap would literally make the character playable 0% of the time. If you're not using them against strong targets, you're gonna have a rough time against ANY character. Sanji can still damage women, e a special move. Kinda like making it difficult for Sanji to reliably injure a chunk of the characters in the game. Because removing it would seriously reduce his playability. More accurate would be: imagine if they let Zoro see the minimap despite a major character flaw of his being that he is terrible with directions.
The game isn't really concerned with accurately depicting the series mechanics for the majority of characters. Who has employed logic like that? Zoro having three swords doesn't reduce his playability.
